Cup Day

Tram route 57 and the Racecourse branch line are having their busiest day of the year with the running of the Melbourne Cup. First pic shows tram and train where the railway crosses Epsom Rd. Second pic shows a B and a couple of Zs in Epsom Rd.  The Bs only run here when there are special events at the racecourse or showgrounds. Final pic shows the lane separation that keeps the trams running past those who choose their own transport to get to the Cup.
