Some of the trams were allocated prior to the Expression of Interest process directly to museums and then some museums participated in the EoI process to get additional trams.Seems the list only has those that went places, but not the ones that went to a tram museum/group.
Is there a list of those that went to a museum/group available?
Trams on the list that went to museums are: 836 to Ballarat, 773 and 780 to Bendigo
Trams not on the list that went to museums prior to the Eoi are:
- 685 to Liston Park
- 840 and 922 to TMSV
- 850 and 857 (for parts), 821, VR20, 681, Z1 101 to Melbourne Tram Museum
- 826, 772 to MTPA at Haddon
- 323 (privately owned) to Holden museum at Trafalgar
- R 1845 (privately owned) to Sydney Tram Museum
- 729, 749 to Perth
I have probably missed some.
I am not able to provide a list of what trams remain.
